NorCal Continuum of Care (CoC) is a consortium of individuals and organizations with the common purpose of planning a housing and services system for people who are homeless.

Renter's HQ
Renters HQ provides property management services for our Shasta and Tehama County properties.

Shasta County Health and Human Services
The SCCAA is interested in obtaining input from the public, providers and organizations that engage persons and/or families experiencing homelessness and discovering the identified needs, challenges, and planned strategies toward housing.

Shasta Community Health Center
Shasta Community Health Center is a non-profit primary health care system. SCHC is based in Redding California and serves Shasta and surrounding counties and communities since 1988. Shasta Community Health Center’s mission is to provide quality health care services to the medically underserved populations of our communities.

U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
The purpose of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is to provide housing and community development assistance and to make sure everyone has access to “fair and equal” housing.

We Care A Lot Foundation
The We Care A Lot Foundation believes people with developmental disabilities have important hopes and dreams that deserve to be supported. People with developmental disabilities can, and will, make positive contributions to their communities when given a chance and the right support. We Care a Lot Foundation helps create opportunities for people to pursue their hopes and dreams while offering invisible support, so they can be contributing members of their communities.

Youth and Family Programs
Our loving Butte and Shasta county foster parents support children by creating safe, caring home environments. Our strong network of support assists our foster families in nurturing growth and healing in the lives of children. We work hard to do our best, with honesty and appreciation for one another.
