Barbara comes to us with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. She has several years of government accounting, full charge bookkeeping, human resources, and management experience. Barbara has a love for the community and serves on the board for the North Valley Employee Advisory Counsel. She enjoys spending time with family, music, horses and crafting projects.
Conni has over 14 years’ experience in the construction industry and a background in City government. She came to AccessHome because she believes in their Mission and Vision and is excited to follow her heart for those in need.
Mike has worked in residential construction as a business owner and project manager. The projects have ranged from room additions to custom homes in the Bay Area, Central Valley, and Maui. He looks forward to using his skills and abilities to help build community, work with like-minded people and be a part of housing people that otherwise might not have access to a decent place to live.
Michael A. McNair is a dedicated Grant and Program specialist with a strong background in leadership and data-driven processes. Michael has a love for people in the Redding Community and wants to see Access Home continue to impact others. Michael has successfully managed many diverse projects in over 4 industries and wants to help close the gap on those that need affordable housing. He loves reading, hikes, and helping his local church at bible study.
